Poulet braisé (French for "braised Chicken ") is a popular and flavorful West African, particularly Ivorian, street food dish consisting of chicken that is marinated in a vibrant mix of spices and herbs, then slowly grilled until it is crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside.
